Market Tour
The market tour brings students throughout the central produce market where the freshest ingredients are available. The top floor houses all of the finest fresh fruits and vegetables as well as beautiful flowers, while the bottom floor displays a variety of meats, cheese and bread. Local Florentines and restaurateurs meet here in the morning to pick out the best produce.
