Wines of the World II

Continues the exploration of wines of the world, with an introduction to New
World Wines. The following countries and their wines will be studied: USA (in
general, with special emphasis on California), Australia, New Zealand, South
Africa, Chile and Argentina. Students will be encouraged to offer a critical
evaluation of the different wines of the world.
