Each student must make their own travel arrangements. Study Abroad Italy has arranged with Waldorf Travel to offer Apicius students the lowest fares available. When ordering your tickets notify the agent that you are attending Apicius. .

We recommend flying into the Florence airport. To do this requires transferring flights in another European city, but is well worth the convenience once you arrive. Pisa airport would be a second choice, since trains leave regularly from the Pisa airport and arrive in downtown Florence 45 minutes later. Arriving in Rome or Milan may save a bit on airfare but requires roughly a half day to make your way to Florence by train.
