Tuition Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Tuition liability, for all programs, is based on the date on which a formal cancellation request is received in writing.Orientation day is considered the start of the term.

A full tuition refund (less application fee) is given if cancellation is more than 45 days before the start of the program or course.
30-45 days prior to the start of a course the student is liable for 15% of the tuition cost.
Within a period of 30 days to 1 week prior to the start of a course, the student will be liable for 50% of total tuition.
Any cancellation notice received during the 1 week prior to the start of a term will result in the student's liability for
100% of tuition.

Orientation day is considered the start of the term. The security deposit is not refundable 60 days or less before the start of a session.

Housing Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• 60-45 days before first move in date: $300 security deposit
• 45-31 days before first move-in date: $300 security deposit & $250 rent withdrawal penalty
• 30-8 days before first move-in date: $300 security deposit & $500 rent withdrawal penalty
• 7-1 days before first move-in date: $300 security deposit & $750 rent withdrawal penalty

Rent payments are refundable up to 45 days before the start of a term. After that day the student is responsible for 100% of the rent.

Make checks payable to "Study Abroad - Italy". Failure to meet a deadline or fulfill a requirement may result in cancellation/withdrawal of your application. In Case of voluntary cancellation, the application fee, housing fees and the housing deposit are nonrefundable.
