All payments must be made
in US dollars.
Mailed
Applications
Send your application to the Study Abroad Italy office in California including:
Application fee (Applications
must be received at least 30 days before a class, or an additional $50 RUSH
FEE will be added)
Security deposit (if applicable-refundable).
Tuition deposit equal to
50% of the total tuition.
On-line Applications
Submit the On-line Application form
and have the following sent to our office to complete your application:

Housing
requests will not be processed until you have paid the tuition deposit, housing
fee (if applicable) and the security deposit.
NOTE: The balance of tuition/program costs must be paid at the application deadline (late applicants must send full payment with their application). Students applying less than 30 days before the start of a program must pay 100 percent of the the tuition with their application. Study Abroad Italy does not mail billing statements; it is the responsibility of each applicant to see that payments arrive on time.

1. Personal Check, Money
Order or Cashiers Check: Make check payable to: "Study Abroad Italy".
2. Bank Wire Transfer:
For Bank Wire Transfers, please contact our California office at (800) 655-8965 or (707) 824-8965 for instructions.
3. Credit Cards: We accept Visa and Master Card.
For credit card payments a Customer Service Fee
of $26 is charged. Please speak with our Billing Officer at (800) 655-8965 or (707) 824-8965 to make a credit card payment.

Tuition
refund / Cancellation policy:
Orientation day is considered the start of the term.
Tuition liability is based on the date on which a formal cancellation request is received at this office. Full tuition refund is given if a cancellation is 45 or more days before a term begins. If a cancellation notice is received:
30 - 45 days prior to the start of a term the student is liable for 15% of
the tuition.
Within a period of 30 days to 1 week prior to the start of a term, the student
will be liable for 50% of the tuition.
During the 1 week prior to the start of a term will result in the student's
liability for 100% of tuition and under no circumstances will a refund be made.
Failure to attend does not constitute official cancellation.
Housing Cancellation and Refund Policy:
• 60-45 days before first move in date: $300 security deposit
• 45-31 days before first move-in date: $300 security deposit & $250 rent withdrawal penalty
• 30-8 days before first move-in date: $300 security deposit & $500 rent withdrawal penalty
• 7-1 days before first move-in date: $300 security deposit & $750 rent withdrawal penalty
