"I loved my Italian Regional Group Cooking class. The chef was great and we made some really nice traditional dishes that were so good. Easy to recreate at home too. Nice they gave us the recipes.

I loved my experience at Apicius! Weekly Combination 1 was such a great mix of cooking and wine classes. Adding private lanaguge instruction for an hour a day was an added bonus.
