Registration Procedures

On-line Registration 

Submit the On-line Registration form and send the following to our office:
Registration fee (Registrations must be received at least 30 days before a class, or an additional $50 RUSH FEE will be added) 
Payment of 50% of the total course fee 

NOTE: The balance of program costs will be due once your program has been confirmed by our office.

Forms of payment:

  • Personal Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check in US dollars only, made payable to: "SAI".
  • Bank Wire Transfer: For Bank Wire Transfers, please contact our California office at (800) 655   8965  or (707) 824-8965 for instructions.
  • Credit Cards:  We accept Visa and Master Card. For credit card payments there a 2.3% Non-Refundable convenience fee. You may pay by e-check and there will no convenience fee. Please contact our billing office at (800) 655-8965 or (707) 824-8965 to make a credit card or e-check payment.

Cancellation policy: 

Cancellation penalty is based on the date on which a formal cancellation request is received in writing at our office. The registration fee is not refundable; only the course fee is.

A full refund is given if cancellation is more than 45 days before the start of a course. 
30-45 days prior to the start of a course the participant is liable for 15% of the total fee
30 days to 1 week prior to the start of a course, the participant is liable for 50% of the total fee
Any cancellation received during the 1 week prior to the start of a course will result in 100% liability for the total fee.
