MONTHLY COURSES
Hands-on classes taught by local chefs and food experts. Each course meets once a week and courses may be combined for a more intensive program. Monthly courses begin on the first week of each month, (see monthly calendar for dates).



Cooking - Wine - Italian Language:

Program A:
Italian Language (2 hrs/day total 40 hrs) + 4 cooking classes (once a week) + 4 wine classes (once a week)   

Program B:
Italian Language (4 hrs/day total 80 hrs) + 4 cooking classes (once a week) + 4 wine classes (once a week)

Program C:

8 Cooking Classes (twice a week)

Program D:
8 Cooking Classes (twice a week) + 4 Wine Classes (once a week)

Program E:
(starts June 2003)
12 Cooking Classes + 4 Wine Classes
