BELLA TAVOLA
This is a unique
program designed for aspiring artists with a love for food as well
as aspiring food coordinators. A well set table is a work of art,
requiring skill and taste in its composition and in the proper choice
of color, utensils, flowers, silverware, glassware, fabrics, and
dishware. Through the guidance of artists, students will learn how
to produce ceramics, tablecloths and flower compositions along with
the etiquette of the Italian table.
