The housing becomes available one day prior to the first day of the course and expires one day after the last day of the course.
*Student Shared apartments are available for monthly rental only.
*Private apartment arrangements are not handled by our office. Upon request, we will forward you contact information in order to arrange your apartment directly with the agency in Florence that handles private rentals for our students.
Please note: Applications will not be processed until the US Office has received:

1) $50 Application fee

2) 50% Tuition payment (balance due 45 Days prior to the start of the program).  

3) $300 Security deposit (refundable, Monthly students only)

3. Credit Cards:  For students enrolled in Monthly/Weekly/Customized programs, a Customer Service Fee of $26 is charged for each credit card payment. Please speak with our Billing Officer for making credit card payments.
